Return policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests prior to product shipment or production. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Once a product has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellation requests.
Returns
We welcome product returns. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, in the exact condition they were received, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer a maximum of once, including returns. No restocking fees will be applied for returned products.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within the specified processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the refund being officially posted. You may also need to contact your bank, as most financial institutions require additional processing time for refunds. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Customized or personalized products made according to your specific requirements, as these items are tailored exclusively to your needs and cannot be resold.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, as they no longer meet our return condition requirements.
- Intimate apparel, skincare, and beauty products that have been opened or unsealed, due to hygiene and safety considerations.
- Promotional or clearance items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase, as these are sold at discounted prices with no return eligibility.
